The room people actually notice
One instruction, and the room changes its mind.
Lights drop to sixty percent. Curtains draw to half, the fan steps down, and the AC holds twenty-four. That happens because you said "evening", or tapped once, or because the sun set and nobody said anything at all.

Quiet motors as standard
Getting into bed should not require crossing the room.
A bedside control kills every light in the house, arms the doors and closes the curtains. In the morning the curtains open at the time you actually wake up, and the lights stay off because there is already enough sun.

Voice earns its keep in a kitchen more than anywhere else in the house. Under-cabinet light on the counter you are standing at, exhaust that runs on for ten minutes after the gas goes off, and a chimney circuit nobody has to remember.

Leaving the house should take one action.

Jaipur water arrives when it arrives. The motor starts itself when the tank drops, stops before it overflows, and refuses to run dry. You read the level on your phone instead of on a shout from the terrace.

Asked at almost every survey we do. Two of them are specific to Jaipur housing stock, and both are cheaper to hear now than on install day.
My switchboard has no neutral wire. Now what?
You have three workable options, and none of them is a disaster. You can use no-neutral modules, switch to a family that carries its own supply, or pull a neutral from the nearest point. Which one applies decides both what is possible and what it costs.

What actually happens to my walls?
On a retrofit job, nothing. The modules go inside the back boxes that already exist, behind the plates you already own. No chiselling, no new conduit, no repainting, and no dust sheets over your furniture for a fortnight.
The exceptions are honest ones. A curtain track needs a bracket above the window, and cameras need a cable route. We show you exactly where at the survey, and you approve each one.
What happens when the power or the internet goes?
Every wall switch keeps working. That is a hard rule on every job we do, A touch panel counts as a wall switch. It is a physical control sitting where your old switch sat, and pressing it works with the broadband unplugged.
Automations run on hardware inside your house wherever the products allow it. A broadband outage costs you remote access from outside. It does not cost you your lights, your curtains, or your front door. What we will not sell you is a house where one tablet on one wall is the only way to turn on a light.
Who can see inside my home?
You decide, and we configure the private version by default unless you ask otherwise. Cameras can record to storage in your house with no footage leaving the building, Voice assistants are optional room by room. Plenty of our customers have them in the kitchen and nowhere else.

Will this still be working in three years?
We lead with standards-based hardware, Matter and Zigbee first, wherever a good product exists at a sane price. That way a dead brand costs you one device rather than the whole house.

Is my family going to find this complicated?
The test we design against is that someone who has never opened the app, and never will, should not notice anything has changed except that the house is better. The switches work the way they always have, scenes run on schedule, and voice needs no screen.
The app is for whoever in the house enjoys that sort of thing. Usually one person. Occasionally nobody, and that is fine too.
